Carly Routzhan, PA-C

Carly is a board-certified physician assistant based in Montrose, Colorado. Carly was born and raised north of Detroit, Michigan, and graduated with honors from Wayne State University. It was her medical experience working with a dermatologist prior to graduate school that directed her toward the PA profession. She began her career gaining vital experience working in the emergency department, practicing ER medicine for 7 years. Before coming to Integrated Dermatology of Montrose, she spent 3 years practicing in the primary care setting with a holistic focus on endocrine and glandular health.

Carly’s true passions are holistic wellness and dermatology – optimizing her patient’s overall health from the inside out. Beauty is more than just skin deep. Carly acknowledges the physical and psychological importance of healthy skin. Carly treats general dermatologic issues such as acne, warts, rashes, autoimmune dermatologic disease, and pre-cancerous and cancerous skin lesions. Carly has advanced certifications in aesthetic medicine including Botox® and dermal fillers. She strives to help every patient look and feel their very best.

When Carly’s not working to perfect the skin of her patients, you can find her and her husband outside (covered in sunscreen) backpacking, camping, hiking, and fishing with her two bonus children and dogs.
