My doctor, was unable to diagnose my issue due to a lack of communication on my regular doctors part. She did however make sure that any questions I head about skin in general were answered and she provided me with a list of products that helped me with skin issues I’ve been struggling with for years. She later took the effort to track down the pathologist to find out what was truly wrong with me and in doing so saved me from needing a potentially disfiguring procedure. I waited just five minutes for my recent appointment with Ms. Carly. The waiting room is always clean and welcoming. Ms. Carly is providing relief to my high risk of skin cancer by removing suspicious and pre-cancerous moles or lesions. She is open to discussing skin problems and ways to prevent or cure them. I find Ms. Carly very informative and compassionate.

I believe she was very pleasant and I felt comfortable with her knowledge and experience. Your staff of Wendy and Raleigh were also very helpful and kind in addressing my concerns.

I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes and recently I had very painful Eczema and needed to move my appointment up which was granted. Spencer had me try a sample new drug which greatly relieved the pain in 2 days. The staff is great. Thanks.

I have an over abundant of skin tags, sun spots and those other brown/black raised non cancerous (can't remember the name of) spots that rub on my clothing and are pretty irritating. So I make an appt. to have Spencer freeze them, several at a time. There are so many that I can't have them frozen all at once. Spencer is so patient and freezes a batch, then I make another appt. to have a few more done. This time I came back three times to freeze. He never makes me feel like I'm just being silly or vain nor does the assistant. I appreciate all of your patience. Fran

Had some problems getting the appointment but the service was excellent.

Spencer always does a great job of taking care of me. He loves nipping that nasty cancer stuff in the bud. Sometimes I think he likes cutting on me a little too much but hey, we’re all human .

Relatively painless procedure to remove basal cell carcinoma. Facility was clean and well suited for procedure and staff well trained making sure that I would have a positive experience.
